Developed powerful database structure, questionnaires, data entry formats, on-line data analysis tool that included data entry, queries and reports and mapping. Consultancy involved conducting a client survey to establish the database and data analysis needs, directing a team of database developers in creating the database structure and then integrating the database with powerful query, reporting and mapping functionality.
